At MotoGP Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of racing history; if your official memorabilia does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via the 'Contact Us' page with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Memorabilia

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, holograms, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Authentics Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
